Renault Romford

I'd definitely recommend Renault Romford to friends and family because I initially booked a test drive with a Renault Zoe. I loved the car, however it was only the fact that the seat did not raise or lower that put me off. I asked to sit in a Captur ( I was trading another one in), and although they I could not test drive the only one that they had as it was stuck in the middle, I sat in it and loved it. Joe, who was my customer assistant was so patient with me and had all the time to help me choose, he never rushed me, gave me all the options available to me, and kept making me coffee as I walked round and round the showrooms. He was very professional and "down to earth" he spoke to me in a way that I could understand with ease and did not have to keep asking to repeat things. In fact all the representatives were very helpful from the moment I walked in, from the receptionist who helped me find a parking space and made me coffee, to even the others who were helping people waved as we walked in. It felt like home. I will be going back to this dealership when my PCP runs out to repeat this experience.

I would not recommend Renault Romford because the salesman told me e could finance £5k and then the sales manager said it had to be £7k. The car was advertised with diamond cut alloys, and when we went to collect it the alloys had been painted Grey. When we went to collect the car there was some minor damage that was not there before. The salesman just looked blank when we said about it. Looking back I should not have purchased the car and left the site. If they have a 14 day money back policy I will return the car, as I would not expect this Dodgy dealings from a main Dealer.

I would recommend Renault Romford to friends and family because the person dealing with us, David Phillips was friendly, very helpful, answered all of our questions and was honest.

I'd suggest Renault Romford to a friend because we had a very good experience and Russell was very helpful and polite, he didn't push us and worked with us on our budget and made sure we were clear with everything on offer.
